Terms of Service
The agreement between your business and Framique when you run a store on the platform.

Who you are contracting with
Framique Technologies Ltd., registered in Bangladesh at House 42, Road 11, Banani, Dhaka 1213, Bangladesh, provides the Framique commerce platform.
By creating an account you confirm you can enter a contract on behalf of the business named on the account.
Your store, your content
You own the products, media, articles and customer records you upload. We store and process them so the platform can work for you.
You are responsible for the legality of what you sell, the accuracy of prices, and the claims you make to shoppers.
Plans, trials and invoices
Plan limits and prices are shown on the pricing page in BDT before you subscribe. A trial ends on the date shown in your dashboard; we do not charge a card during a trial.
Invoices are issued per billing period and are payable through the methods enabled on your account.
Availability and changes
We publish platform status and incident history on the status page. We do not promise uninterrupted service; we do commit to telling you what happened.
Breaking changes to merchant-facing APIs are announced in the changelog before they take effect.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Your store stays reachable until the end of the paid period.
You can export products, orders and customers to CSV during the retention window shown in your settings, including after cancellation.
Liability
Except where the law does not allow it, our liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited under Bangladeshi law.
